Lesson 4 - Necessary Skills for a Virtual Assistant

In this lesson you will learn about skills you should have, or need to acquire, to be successful as a virtual assistant. You ll learn about administrative, computer skills communication skills that are important to the virtual assistant.

Lesson 5 - What Services to Offer

In this lesson you ll look at the services you should offer as a Virtual Assistant. You will learn about the typical services that most VA s offer, some specialized ones that may appeal to you, and creating a unique niche for yourself.

Lesson 6 - Setting Up Shop

This lesson contains information for setting up shop. It covers issues such as building a team of advisors, legal formation, naming your business, establishing a presence and equipping your office. Included is a mini-business plan template.

Lesson 7 - Communication

Lesson 7 covers the communication tools that will help you run and promote your virtual assisting business as well as effectively serve clients. A special focus is on virtual tools that will allow you to operate your business from anywhere, at any time.

Lesson 8 - Pricing, Billing, and Collections
