Instructor Dezra Lehr-Guthrie has combined two of her most in demand courses to better assist those wanting the opportunity to prepare for two lucrative mortgage loan occupational paths. The Mortgage Loan Officer and Mortgage Loan Processor Combo Course is actually two courses in one. Mortgage Loan Officers (MLO's) often times are called upon to assist with loan processing if the Mortgage Loan Processor (MLP) is on vacation, the office is short-staffed, or in working on tight closing deadlines; and in some smaller offices, the MLO may act as both officer and processor. It is also quite common for MLO's to start out as MLP's, and then work their way up. This course is geared towards those entering the field and desiring the option to pursue either.
Earn a certificate (both hard copy and electronic) upon successful completion (additional charges apply). UniversalClass™ offers many wonderful learning tools to help you get the most out of your online course,
including an online portfolio service that manages all your course completions.
