 Course Description This course will give the expectant mother all the tools to achieve a painless childbirth and a wonderful spiritually (non-religious) based childbirth and pregnancy education. This course uses hypnosis, visualization and daily affirmations to create a wonderful joyous experience. We discuss the collective fears of childbirth, the history of birthing, self hypnosis for birthing and visualizations to use during the birth of your child. You will have complete access to online audios to do practice with and affirmations to use as well. You may download them for personal use on a Cd player as well.
