Garden With A Child is taught by enthusiastic instructor Jill Manzoni. By completing each step in this course, you will plant your garden. Along the way you will be learning the needs of each plant you choose, and gain the working knowledge it takes to insure success and large harvests of nutrient rich foods. You will teach your child and yourself, soil composition, correct plant choice, plant care, planting instructions and when and how to harvest.
Incorporated into these lessons are elementary curriculum standard requirements in the various subjects. The class is suitable for a homeschooling unit study or for teachers and parents looking for a clear resource on planting gardens with children.
All assignments and tests have between 5 and 50 allotted points for each correct answer. Upon completion of each, your accumulated points will go towards your final score. Students who complete the course are eligible for various certificates. Come learn while you have fun with the activities both off and online.

In this course, you will teach your child about the environment, soil composition, choosing the plants they will use, plant care, planting instructions and even when to harvest. Incorporated into these lessons are all curriculum standard requirements in the various subjects, with special grammar lessons included.
