    How to coach little league baseball is an ideal guide for any coach or parent of young players. For over sixty years, the non-profit organization known as Little League Baseball, Incorporated, has become the de facto starting point for children interested in the game of baseball in the United States. In order to accomplish the goal of promoting skill development and good sportsmanship essential to baseball, it becomes important to have coaches that understand how to impart knowledge to their players regarding how the game should be properly played. This course will provide this information. This course focuses on the skills, drills, and attitudes that are core to establishing a good Little League Baseball team. Each of the lessons in this course will cover a certain aspect that is integral to Little League Baseball. We will examine how to get involved; how to form a team; how to get the equipment needed; and ways to coach various game-related and character-building skills, such as batting, pitching, base-running, conditioning, catching, and running practices.

This course will show you how to build and/or define your muscles, and what to do if your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, or just look and feel better. Various principles of weight training are explained, as well as how to apply them for bodybuilding success. You will be able to work out at home or in a gym, with free weights or machines.     Taekwondo, also commonly written Tae Kwon Do, is a centuries- old discipline for health, relaxation, meditation and self-defense. Physically, Taekwondo will help you control your weight, tone your body, and improve your cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Our body is no separate from our mind, it all works together to bring harmony and well being.     This course will take you through a series of exercises designed to strengthen your hands, wrists and fingers, as well as, to promote flexibility and release tension. This is the first in a series of exercises created to help stave off the debilitating effects of common hand problems such as carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis in the hand, and tendonitis in the wrist. Each series of exercises is designed to work a specific group of muscles, such as the fingers in Series 1.
